Quality always comes first at De Nachtwacht. Most of our meat comes from Dutch farmers, allowing us to maintain close control over the quality, nutrition, and living conditions of the cattle. As a passionate grill restaurant, we mainly work with Dutch Black Angus beef from the Betuwe region. These cattle spend long periods grazing outdoors, resulting in exceptionally tender and flavourful meat. Through a careful ageing process, every steak develops a rich and tender taste. From juicy T-bones to tender lamb chops, you can enjoy the ultimate dining experience at a true Amsterdam steakhouse.
